File Your Arbitration Case
Filing a case with the Baku Arbitration Centre is easy. Submit your arbitration agreement and relevant evidence to start the process.
How Your Case Will Progress
Once your case is filed, you will receive a confirmation email. Timelines vary with case complexity. The durations shown are estimates.
Case Filing (Week 0)
Case Filing
Submit your request for arbitration. The case is officially opened and registered with a case number.
Within 2–4 weeks
Response
The other party files its written answer. This ensures both sides’ positions are on record before the tribunal is formed.
1–2 months
Tribunal Appointment
Arbitrators are appointed and the tribunal is formally constituted. From this point, the tribunal controls all procedural steps.
Around 2 months
Case Management
A first conference sets the timetable for submissions, hearings, and deadlines. This is where the roadmap for the proceedings is fixed.
2–6 months
Submissions & Hearing
Parties exchange written arguments and supporting evidence. A hearing may be scheduled if the tribunal or a party requests it.
6–12 months
Final Award
The tribunal issues its binding decision. The award includes reasoning and is enforceable under international arbitration rules.
Our process explained
01 _ Material Selection
We begin by selecting the optimal battery chemistry and materials based on your specific application requirements. Our experts analyze factors such as energy density, power requirements, cycle life, temperature range, and safety considerations to determine the most suitable cell technology for your needs.
02 _ Module design
Our engineering team develops custom module designs that integrate the selected cells with advanced thermal management, battery management systems, and mechanical protection. Each design undergoes rigorous simulation and analysis to ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity in your specific operating conditions.
03 _ Prototype Fabrication
Before full-scale production, we fabricate prototypes to validate our designs in real-world conditions. These prototypes undergo comprehensive testing for electrical performance, thermal behavior, mechanical integrity, and safety compliance. This testing phase helps identify any adjustments needed to optimize the final product.
04 _ Mass Production
Once designs are validated, we scale up to efficient, sustainable mass production. Our manufacturing processes are optimized to ensure consistent quality and performance across all battery modules. We implement rigorous quality control protocols at every stage of production, from cell screening to final assembly and testing.
05 _ Operation Training
We provide comprehensive training for your team on how to effectively operate, monitor, and maintain the battery system. This includes instruction on battery management system interfaces, performance monitoring, preventive maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure optimal system performance throughout its operational life.
06 _ Recycling Solution
Our commitment to sustainability extends to end-of-life planning. We design with circularity in mind, providing clear pathways for battery recycling and material recovery. Our dedicated sustainability team works with clients to develop recycling strategies that maximize material recovery and minimize environmental impact when batteries eventually reach the end of their useful life.
